Life happened.
You may have noticed that the initial money that we put into the travel fund has mostly vanished. Though I try to remain positive on this blog, it would be dishonest to misrepresent the effort.
Three weeks ago we were informed that our travel vaccinations didn't qualify for coverage through our health insurance. Two weeks ago, Anne-Marie's work slowed to a crawl and her hours have been getting cut ever since. Last week, our office ran out of work, making hope for gainful overtime projects unlikely. Saturday, Anne-Marie's car broke down.
This takes us back down to $50.
