And I can't figure out how to get them to stop!
Elisha and Mariah--now that they are able--think that jumping up and down on the couch is the greatest thing in the world. Mariah has also begun calling her brother "Aye-Aye-Shuh" and Elisha calls his sister "Aye-Aye-uh". They sound almost identical, so sometimes its hard to decipher what they're trying to say. The fact that it's their first three-syllable words make it easier.
They're getting used to getting their clothes changed and their teeth brushed. They also know what it means to go "bye bye" and are good at expressing their excitement. There's never been a time that they didn't want to leave the house.
The kids are also really into "being puppies". That's where they crawl around on all fours and say "urff-uff". They've actually seen dogs, so they know a little about them.
Yesterday, Elisha asked if he could borrow the car this weekend. OK. Not yet.
