I can't remember if I've ever seen this photo from 2012 before, so I can't really tell you the story behind it. What I can tell you is just from looking at the file data, looking at photo itself and Anne-Marie's best guess.  It was just two weeks after Anne-Marie was diagnosed with a recurrence of cancer and we were on our way home from church, which is a good place to go if you find yourself in a tough situation.
