I went for my second follow-up visit after testing this spring. The prescription that I was given at the first follow-up proved, for the most part, ineffective. The last six weeks served as a trial for this medication. More or less a flop.
The new plan is to try a low-level antidepressant in graduating doses to try to calm the condition down. I guess antidepressants are occasionally used to correct other health problems, like inflammation and spasms. Whatever they are supposed to accomplish, the first couple of days have been awful. I think I'm going to need high-level antidepressants after this.
