Thanksgiving Day 2007

Thanksgiving Day was celebrated at our house this year. We started the day at 8:00 AM when Phil came to put the Turkey in the oven. Preparation of all the trimmings started soon after and finished as we were pulling out the turkey at 1:00 in the afternoon. While Phil was checking the turkey, the pop-up timer went off. Those timers must work because the turkey was very perfect!

Mike and Kara came over in the evening for dessert. The pics tell a lot of that story.

When all was said and done, everyone had a great time. The food turned out, every dish was finished at the right time and still hot. I even had the honor of carving the turkey.
