As far as I know, most people are able to get to the blog using the URL http:///darksayings.net. A few people, including my mom, have told me for months that they were unable to get to the blog using this address. I figured that they must have misspelled it or had some weird security setting on their browser. Now I can't get to the site from my house unless I use http://darksayings.blogspot.com. However, I can get here from work using http:///darksayings.net (which I payed for, but apparently have very little control over).
So: This problem may be bigger than just the past week. This is frustrating because it's taking my energy away from the point of this whole thing.
Traffic is back up; my site setup and configuration is down; my host is MIA.
What can a guy do but keep on bloggin'?

ReplyDeleteI usually check your site daily and for the past week I haven't been able to get on at all. Today was the first day in a long time. I usually go to darksayings.net. From now on if I'm having problems, I'll try the other address.
